Located at the entrance of the village of the Cepina Hamlet, it is located 3 km from the ski slopes of Bormio, accessible also through the bicycle path completely flat. It is strategically located a few steps from all the main services: bus stop, pharmacy, newsagent, playground, Bank, supermarket, butcher shop, restaurant, pizzeria, pubs and bars. The apartment is attributed to 4:00 pm the day of arrival and must be left before 10:00 on the departure day. The balance must be carried out when the delivery of the keys. The building is located in Cepina, the same city where there are sources of water Levissima, in a rather quiet and away from the busiest roads. Located at the entrance of the village, 50 metres from the bus stop connecting frequently Cepina in Bormio, near a playground, it is strategically located a few steps from all the main services: Bank, pharmacy, store newspapers, supermarket, butcher shop, restaurant, pizzeria, pubs and bars. Even with bicycle path (of about 3 km) across very flat, you can quickly reach Bormio, international stay centre and climate locality of the Rhaetian Alps. The House is surrounded by pine forests in a natural setting in the Stelvio National Park. Thousands area (free-tax expenditure) of Livigno is only 30 km away and is accessible via the Passo del Foscagno open all year.
