Our Gîte consists on the ground floor of a living room with fireplace, of an independent kitchen, a room with a bed of 160 cm with its private bathroom. Complete the ground floor, a bathroom and a lingerie. The floor is a room with a 140 cm bed and a mezzanine with two beds 120 cm. The House is for 4 people. The cottage overlooks a garden dedicated exclusively to you. It is enclosed by shrubs. Outside, 3 spaces with garden rooms are at your disposal. The first is found in a courtyard: we call it summer stay. It is sheltered from the wind and rain and has a garden and a barbecue fireplace lounge. Next is a large terrace with garden furniture and parasol. At the back of the cottage, is a third set of garden furniture in a small yard: ideal for an aperitif at sunset. To enhance your stay, all linen is provided: linens, toiletries and linens. Beds are made upon arrival.

Our cottage is located in South Vendée's 5 kms to the North of Fontenay le Comte, former capital of lower Poitou. We are very close to the Marais Poitevin, region shaped by man, and known as green Venice: walks on the channels will satisfy lovers of nature. Our village is located at the edge of the largest forest of Vendée: the forest of Mervent-Vouvant: places of many hiking trails, cycling or mountain biking, and Equestrian. We will communicate our good addresses. The cottage is one hour from the Puy of the crazy, great leisure to historical theme park, award winning international. It is located an hour from la Rochelle and the island of Ré. Fort Boyard is beyond. We are at a time of the Vendée coast with its sandy beaches. Around the cottage, character villages, Romanesque churches, Cathedral, abbeys, castles, dungeons, will satisfy lovers of history and heritage.
