This house was built in 2005 following the design of regional “fermette” dwelling. Located on the outskirts of the village, surrounded by farmland. The ground floor accommodation includes 2 bedrooms and 2 shower rooms and a separate toilet. The open plan lounge and dining area includes all the comforts of home, with Wi-Fi Internet connection, French and UK TV channels and a fantastic wood burner for cozy evenings in. The fully equipped kitchen leads out to the patio and gardens. Upstairs there are a further 3 bedrooms, bathroom, separate toilet and a mezzanine with enough books toys and games to amuse everyone. The patio is great for outside dining, there is a large brick BBQ and fantastic views over the fields and up to the neighboring farm. The huge private garden is fully enclosed lots of room for ball games and also has its own boules pitch. There is private on site parking for 5 cars.

Your holiday home is in the Boulonnais tourist region of the Pas de Calais. Located exactly half way between the two fortified towns of Montreuil sur mer and Boulogne sur mer. To one side you have the coast “Côte d’Opale” 120 kms of beaches, sand dunes and cliffs. To the other side a host of parks, gardens and forests that make up the Natural Regional Park. There is an historical focus on marine activities along with the souvenirs attached to the various wars fought in the region. From Agincourt to Crecy and the Two World Wars, guests can visit a variety of museums, monuments and attractions. It’s a holiday maker’s playground as far as leisure activities go. A host of beach sporting activities including the local specialty of sand yachting. Championship golf courses, horse riding, hiking and river sports. There are a number of amusement parks and tree-top activity centers. Whatever your pace you’re bound to find something that fits.

Truly real France real close. This destination can be reached in under an hour from the Channel Port of Calais or the Eurotunnel terminal. Access is via the A16 motor way that links Belgium with Paris along the coast.
