Bungalow combined forming part of a beautiful complex of 19 properties with communal pool: large terraces facing South, beautiful panoramic views and the sea, very quiet environment. 2 storey bungalow. The ground floor consists of: living/dining room with open fire, 2 sofas, table bass, TV table, TV with satellite, DVD, table with 6 chairs and furnished dining room. Kitchen equipped with a fridge, stove, oven and microwave. Covered terrace with table, 6 chairs and portable barbecue. Large terrace with 2 chairs. Bedroom main with double bed, wardrobes, bathroom-suite and access to the terrace. Interior staircase. The lower floor consists of: 2 bedrooms double with wardrobes (2 beds in each room) 1 water room, porch and terrace, garage and laundry room. Furniture. In good condition. Rooms with ceiling fans and heaters. Open fire. Internet Wi - Fi. Parking for 1 car. Automatic urbanization with remote control access door. Easter, Christmas and new year supplement. In high season (July and August), the day of arrival and departure is Saturday. Prices for low season (November to March) are for a maximum of 4 people.
