Here we offer you a total privacy, as well as our attention and best service, so that you could feel like in your own home. This is a charming house, with its entrance exactly in front of a well-known international hotel that has diverse services to economic prices, as those of its snack bar, cafeteria, the pizzeria, the pool, the gym, massages, and the Internet service. We have as well other diverse interesting places around: wonderful spaces of art and culture, important for amusement and entertainment, magnificent restaurants. You will fall in love with our house due to the welcoming of our neighborhood, its cleaning, its fresh air and its quite atmosphere. Our rooms have wide windows totally protected against the entrance of insects by means of anti-mosquitoes meshes. Each bedroom has a private ensuite bathroom, air conditioning, wall fan, hair dryer, refrigerator, safe-box. They have also a private terrace outdoors and a wide patio, with appropriate furniture, including a grill for the guests that want to enjoy the preparation of foods with coal outdoors,a garden full of flowers and guava tree, a swing, all of it on a pleasant tropical patio covered by a climbing of Maracuyá, good to refresh the heat.

This neighborhood is located practically in the central part of Havana city, hardly to 20 minutes of Old Havana if traveling in the public transportation or in a bike, and to 10 minutes if you go to the Revolution Square of or to the Malecon. Our house is next to Miramar, near to the Malecon and to the important hotels on the Miramar 5th avenue. We are very near to the Revolution Square and to the José Marti monument. The VIAZUL bus Terminal is to about 3 minutes in a car. Casa Calle 49 is located in a very good position, next to diverse tourist and cultural attractions of our night life. At short distance of the house there is a group of good well known restaurants in Havana, as El Aljibe, Don Cangrejo, La Cecilia, La Maison. Very close there are magnificent discos and recreation centers, as night-club “Dos Gardenias, La Casa de la Musica de Miramar, the worldwide famous Cabaret Tropicana and the very visited Fábrica de Arte Cubano. Very near is the wonderful Acuario Nacional (National Aquarium), which is one of the most visited places in the country. This residential neighborhood denominated Kohly, is full of beautiful houses manufactured with the architectural Cuban style of the first years of the XX century. Its construction was developed in the years 30-40 of last century, when the Vedado region had already reached a wide development and wealthiest people in the capital they looked for a place of more exclusivity to locate its residences. Even at the present time Kohly neighborhood keeps its romantic airs and maintains its carefulness and cleaning.

Near to our house is also available the low price service of public transportation in Cuban Peso as they are the public bus and the public collective taxis.
