The forest area on the edge of shoreline is 50 M, Tréguier Cathedral in 10 minutes, the Château de la Roche Jagu in 20 minutes... Many beaches (beaches of Paimpol, of Loguivy, of Brehec, of Ploubazlanec) and tourist attractions nearby (Abbaye de Beauport, circuit GR 34, Groove Talbert...). This 70 M2 wooden house was built in 2009, it is independent, consists of 3 rooms and can accommodate 4 people. Terrace full South, 400 M2 garden and private parking (for 2 cars). If you are interested in the history of Paimpol, I shall show you places that the trace (the chapel of ex-voto of Perros Hamon, the cross of Pors Even widows, the Museum of Iceland...). If you come for hiking, I can tell you tours on foot, horseback, kayaking, mountain biking. If you come to oxygenate you, you have the choice of points of view: from the top of a cliff from where you can see Cap Fréhel, from the moulin de Craca or from the tip of Arcouest to contemplate the Bréhat archipelago, since the Plougrescant chasm that scum by day of storm, since the castle of la Roche Jagu, overlooking the Green Valley of the Trieux, or at the end of the Groove of Talbert (3 km strip of sand)... If you come to fish and play with the tides, I advise you... If you want to navigate, dive, do kayak, overlap with coaching, I have a book of useful contacts.
