Description "Casa Filomena" Vacation rental in Scauri
The apartment is in a local type house, independent, with a large garden and a spacious veranda/dining area. The house is an accommodation with all comforts, fully furnished. The rooms are well organized with nice furniture. Mattresses are comfortable and Kitchen is full of utensils. The house is in a very quiet area, close to Pubs and Restaurant. It is a hilly typical quarter with great views and sea and hills breeze. From the house and especially the garden the overview of town, hills and sea is really nice. The garden is hedged with wild and rare plants and trees. Roses and flowers match the blue of the sky in a great picture. May and October are superb time for this! - Indoor there are two rooms. The kitchen is comfortable for cooking but with no other space. 10cm step to get through. Double room has Italian (large) double bed, wardrobe, table and chairs, TV+VCR. Cot available on request. The larger room is a bedroom (with wardrobe) and a dining room, depending on number of guests. For most of the year the dining room is the outdoor patio. 10cm step to get through the Bathroom with shower (other 10cm step). - It is a very cool environment during the hot summer. - The apartment is on ground floor in a terraced house. It is higher than ground level and there are outdoor 4 steps to get to the courtyard and three steps to the main door. Outdoor Dining area seats 6. Beach chairs in the garden.
