Relax, Refresh and Reconnect at this magical lakeside retreat. This spacious lakeside retreat with stunning lake views set in over 3.5 acres of private grounds with private heated pool. Located in the heart of vineyards in the beautiful Razes region of the Languedoc. Surrounded by medieval Cathar Chateaux, just 20 mins from the bastide medieval town of Mirepoix and beautiful riverside town of Limoux. Carcassonne with its UNESCO world heritage castle and airport are only 30 minutes away, it’s a truly stunning rural location however very accessible. With large, light and airy communal spaces totalling 350m2, the house accommodates a maximum of 18 guests in 7 bedrooms, all rooms have private bathrooms. We also offer various informative, relaxing weekend breaks such as yoga, life coaching and writing courses. Andrea is a qualified aromatherapist & masseuse, with treatments available onsite if required. Fully or part catered packages also available. Out of season the house also operates on a bed & breakfast basis, and we accommodate cycling and hiking tour groups. The 3.5 acres of private terraced gardens host a heated child friendly gated pool area with pool house, a games area, petanque court, giant garden chess and Jenga, and of course stunning terraces to soak up the Meditteranean sun and magical views.
