This detached villa is built at the foot of dunes, in the Bay of Slack, facing the river and facing the sea, in a wild and unique environment protected by the Maritime domain. The main beach is 100 metres away and you access it directly by the garden! Here you will find greenery, space and tranquility! The living room is 60 m2 extended by a terrace of 40 m2 with a commanding view of the Bay and the mouth of the Slack: at high tide, the sea just lick the garden and fill the Bay.

From the villa, you can go hiking on foot or by bike on the trails in the dunes, cliffs and countryside all around, and on the dike. You can play tennis at the club 50 meters from the House. Ambleteuse is a fishermen village, 100 metres from the villa, with the old Fort Vauban that you can visit. You can also pick some mussels at low tide and look for crabs! There is a museum, 39-45, and other blokhaus-museums not far. Boulogne-sur-Mer has an interesting Château-Musée, and especially NAUSICA, the largest French aquarium: sharks, sea lions, stingrays, etc. WIMEREUX, in 5 minutes, has splendid villas of the early 1900s and a sailing club with very good reputation. Cap Gris Nez (15 min by car): panoramic view over England, 1 hour's walk by the beautiful path of the Customs officers at the top of the cliffs.

Our House is located in 4 Chemin des Marins, Ambleteuse (between Calais and Boulogne, 20 minutes from the TGV station of Calais - Fréthun). The seafarers road is a dead end that leads to the Bay of Slack, the river which flows into the sea at the end of the garden!
